die liao. jus checked diary yesterday..... guess wat, midyear coming in 2 weeks time. worst thing is I AM STILL NOT PREPARED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

did i miss out anything? anyway, today's bio test was very difficult. mcq mostly tikam tikam one. leanr one did not come out come can. stupid. okay, relax, breathe IN AND OUT.

yes. i jus did it. external intercoastal muscles contracts, internal intercoastal muscle relax, causing outward/upwards movement of ribcage, diaphragm contracts/flattens. there is an increase in vol in the chest cavity, causing a decrease in pressure. now, the pressure is lower than atmospheric pressure so air rush into the lungs and fill them.

tada! this is one of the minute thing happens when you breathe in. need a breathe out explanation? i dont think so, anyway, it is jus the direct opposite. okay okay, i shall stop bio... ate chees this morning, wanna know how cheese is made? it is made frm fermentation of mik with.............. (okay, i see people getting ready their physics/bio bks/broomsticks heading here.)
