guitar ensemble SYF 2009
this greatly anticipated day eventually ended off with a tinge it feelof mix feelings...s so weird that today is going to be my last "official" guitar practice. to put it simply, can start to pon alr. times seems to fly. looking back, i long wished that syf is over and had this get-it-over-and-done-with attitude for ractices. now, i seems to miss the gossip times with eliz and dolly. time spent with (ensemble) and Wan. he's the second nicest instructor i every met, (first in my heart will always be mr fong!)
haiz. makes me recall "it ends tonight" songby All American Rejects.
but i believe, that it DOES NOT ends tonight. the friendship forge over this period of time, the memories kept inside our hearts and the LOL-ed times in practices and the her-attitude-PISSED-me-off times and gossip sessions during every practices, all these will NEVER be forgotten.
but instead, "my life would suck without you" song just popped in my head. indeed without you people, guitar would be boring and no peak in my life. this SYF draws a full stop in my performing arts in jc, but sure, it's the beginning of a new journey that i will learn even more things (:

even though sth i feel as if i am transparent, being able to play guitar and be part of this "history making ensemble" it's really sth i shld be grateful for ((:
oh! and i heard J*** is super smart! and recently a news that he's frm china -.- but he looks american and cite, omg. this feeling is wrong, i seriously shld stop this!
haha! but... i dont think will b able to c him often since guitar practices is like niether when nor when.. hmmm, he has a very mature thinking too, and in fact! we got telepathy! cos i felt exactly the same way when he was sharing at the debrief today! omg. cos during debrief majority speech was like a "thankyou speech" or "yes we did well, good job" or "you guys rock". but what i really felt was......
yes, getting a bronze may smear the 2 silvers we had gotten, it's the memories, the experience and training that we been through it together. plus, the best part is we enjoy and put in our best in today's performance (: no doubt, there is disappointment in our results, but this title/award that we got is merely a bonous of what we had all enjoyed. if i were to choose to participate in syf and get gold or just holding a concert that will rock the house down, i would rather prefer the latter... such memories cant be erased.
like being in pl handbells, we had been through concerts and concerts. the Gold with honours then is just like an extra topping on the ice cream cone. :) looking at the brighter side of life, life would seems less miserable.. indeed, J is mature! HAHA (okok, no link)
oh wells... i will safeguard these memories in my heart! i will keep telling myself that WE DID AS WELL AS HWA CHONG'S GUITAR! yeah baby (:

P.S. congrats pl harpers! you did the sch proud by getting a GOLD! when i saw ur performance to today, i was so proud to keep telling my friend "HEY! that's my secondary school leh! damn nice right?"
and to pl guitarist, you maintained your silver standard WELL DONE!
and my dearest pl handbellers, i know the pressure is there to get gold w honours, but do your best and leave all the rest to god. u can do it!

B&J free cones! omgomgomg, the queue damn long can. so jas and i didnt go and take it. but the flipside, WE WATCHED 17 AGAIN! haha, i was converted to efron fan after the movie. gotta admit that his mouth isnt that wide as the one in hsm. his eyes can speak! sparkling blue, AHHHHH!! US seems so fun for high school unlike singapore. wished i had been born/educated there. HAIZ...

disgusting experience in guitar, i laughed so hard that i got cramps in stomach. LOL, thank god i am not sitting at the first row. HAHA, poor dolly and christian. Wan keeps sneezing without covering his mouth can, and on the guitar!! it's like $^$@#&*^ the guitar got all the mucus, eeewwwww :|
i shall not elaborate any further.
today:
guitar (for once) found it quite fun, cos wan seemed to realised eliz and my existence. stoned for majority of the day cos no proper tutorial.
and once again, i got over due gp essay AGAIN. if u ask me if i want to be 17 again, i would say i rather be 16 again. cos 17 again means PW, eeewww. BUT 17 again means getting to see my hero in sch! haha (: perhaps i can reconsider that offer!

Gotten e dates for my A level exams.. :( sigh, e time left got studying seemed incredibly short! Bt2 is coming before I knew it n the long awaited syf is in lke 10days time........
I keep asking if I m prepared but, e answer is always "not really actually, there's time right???" haiz...
A is starts on 10 nov with maths n ends on 3 dec with bio mcq, wth almost 3 wks leh!!!! &@$#^
